Create your startup focused on Madagascar in 54 hours? This is the challenge that the Juniors Pour Madagascar association proposes to take up for this 3rd edition of the Startup Weekend Paris Madagascar edition which will be held at SenseSpace Paris on October 20, 21 and 22, 2017. 3 days of immersion, innovation, of teamwork, desire and passion, during which entrepreneurs with diverse and varied profiles will meet to try to set up the startups that will make the Malagasy entrepreneurial landscape of tomorrow.

For the third consecutive year, the Juniors Pour Madagascar association aims, through its flagship event, to mobilize all skills in favor of the development of Madagascar. Previous editions have revealed beautiful nuggets like Mahazava, with its anti-load shedding solution, which finances, distributes and monitors solar kits throughout Madagascar and which won the QWANT public prize at the Startup of the Year Africa competition. 2017.

 

54h chrono to set up a startup!

To start this entrepreneurship weekend, a one-minute “pitch” session per project leader. The teams are then formed by affinity around the best ideas selected. They therefore have the rest of the weekend to develop their startup both technically and commercially before submitting their business model in 6 minutes to a jury of professionals from around the world.
entrepreneurship which will select the 3 most promising projects. These will be rewarded with prizes which will accompany them in the development of their projects.

To support the teams in this marathon, coaches will bring their expertise in strategy, marketing, communication or law, but also to help you succeed in your pitch, and give you every chance to convince a jury made up of experts and personalities qualified to select the best projects.

 

The prizes at stake

Each participant will leave with an invaluable prize: making great professional encounters, learning a profession different from their own, receiving wise advice from their peers and coaches and great visibility for their startup.
The winners will also benefit from a complete package to enable them to move forward in the launch of their entrepreneurial adventure: direct access to the oral selection for the integration of the Bond’innov incubator, the access to their co-working and masterclass space, personalized support worth € 1,500 through the impact investing fund I&P and the development of a web app by Wedev Group. Other lots may also be added to this list.

• Participant: 50 € (including the 7 meals of the 54 hours, the presence during the networking evening, the coaching, the coffee and the sweets at will, more than 100 new friends and other surprises)
• Visitor Friday: 10 €
• Sunday visitor: 10 €
• Visitor Friday and Sunday: € 15

Will be open to the public:
– The presentation pitches followed by the votes on Friday October 20 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
– The final presentations of the projects and the delivery of the prizes on Sunday 22 October from 5 p.m.
Visitor access also gives you access to the buffets that will allow you to take a culinary journey to Madagascar!
