THE OBJECT Created at the end of 2015, the association “L’Africaine, Femme Entrepreneur” (LAFEENT) is a non-profit association under the law of 1901 which aims to promote entrepreneurship for African women in Africa and elsewhere and whose activities are centered around three main areas which are: advice, training and employment.
The official launch of the activities is planned for this end of 2016.The CouncilAssist in financing: Helping women find the necessary financing for their business creation projects. Support: Through our “creation” course, we support women throughout the stages of creation and this until the launch of the activity. Personal development: Our personal development workshops aim to help women better get to know each other and use their own talents better. They allow, thanks to simple methods, to overcome in the best conditions the obstacles to development. “I develop my skills, I create my business, I reveal my potential.” Training: E-LearningWe provide women with the essential knowledge for their projects via our “Creation” course composed of ten modules: accounting, communication, web marketing, etc. For two months, our experts work on the various projects. Employment We offer job offers for all African women looking for jobs. We support them in their search: help with writing CVs, preparation for job interviews. Comme beaucoup de personnes j’ai connu l’Afrique à travers des stéréotypes : l’Afrique est pauvre, il y a la guerre, famine… Je suis devenu entrepreneur pour briser ces clichés et participer à la construction du continent.
