It is taking into account the heritage value of a nation, a people and its natural resources, especially for the countries of the Congo Basin, that Patrick Nkounkou, responsible for this project intends to set up the National Digital Museum (M2N) in Brazzaville.

Likewise, another body of the program for heritage libraries and archives would be set up for the preservation and compilation of 2004 files. This work will be carried out after agreement and validation of the said project. In mid-April 2017, the committee will save the files on electronic media. The Congo News Arts and Labels program will play the role of coordinating the digitization of artistic and cultural works, incorporated in a digital, downloadable and paid system.
