(Ecofin Agency) – South African investor Atterbury Property has set April 20 as the opening date for Kumasi City Mall, an 18,500 m² shopping center in the city of Kumasi in Ghana. The construction of the facility cost $ 95 million.
The shopping center, which has an expansion potential of 10,000 m², will be managed on a daily basis by the Mauritian group AttAfrica. The first brands to offer their products so far are Shoprite and Walmart.
