MTN Congo has signed an exclusive operating partnership in Congo for the services of the French startup QuickDo, including its innovation QuickDo-BookBox. The award-winning digital library solution is aimed at schools, universities and cultural centers. This merger will allow the startup to quickly deploy libraries throughout the territory and equip pupils and students with reading tools on the move and adapted to the plethoric catalog that will be offered.

MTN, through its Foundation, intends by this partnership to broaden its action in terms of social responsibility, by supporting all places of knowledge who wish to equip themselves with libraries to offer their public easier and fair access to culture and quality literature. This approach will go far beyond the projects under construction of a hundred libraries on the national territory and the establishment of school-connectivity in faculties.

“Innovation for progress is part of MTN’s essence. We mainly cultivate it internally while retaining the necessary agility to get it outside when the need arises. This is the case with the QuickDo solutions that we are going to deploy in the Congo in an accelerated manner and which will allow more than a hundred schools to be equipped with complete libraries within 3 years and traders in the Congo to sell from their mobile and Mobile Money, ”said Djibril OUATTARA DG, MTN Congo.

“It is a great opportunity and even a great pride to have been detected by MTN Congo and to be able now to rely on its technical expertise and its location to rapidly deploy our innovations and make Congo the showcase of our African ambition”, said Dominique Buende, CEO QuickDo.

CEO AfrikaTech

Rejoignez-nous ! LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/boubacardiallo
