Oradian, a finance company with offices in Nigeria and the Philippines, has developed a new technology-based banking product for a network of microfinance institutions (MFIs) in Nigeria, called the Association of Non-Banking Microfinance Institution. Nigeria (Anmfin).
This product, called Anmfin Cloud Express, will allow Nigerian MFIs “to improve the management of their operations, including customer relationships, transactions, portfolio management, in the same way as the big banks,” says Onyeka Adibeli (photo ), co-founder of Oradian.
Through this solution, microfinance can “save time and money through digitized and efficient processes. It will also reduce operational costs and provide digital financial services to Nigerians, “said Adesola Ogunleye, president of Anmfin.
Fintech Oradian was founded in 2012. It plans to expand the range of its financial products to financial institutions operating in rural areas of Nigeria and targeting unbanked populations.
