Offer a place of exchange and networking for the African tech ecosystem in France and elsewhere
Palabres consulting is an ecosystem of consulting turned to digital entrepreneurship, all our business philosophy is not based on competition, but on complementarity. It was therefore obvious for us to project this concept to the African tech ecosystem. By proposing a physical and conceptual place of exchanges, discoveries, opportunities and networking.
Our initial ambition through the Les Palabres afterwork is to organize an informal, relaxing moment to creatively address the various issues of our business environment. While previous editions have focused on digital transformation and agri-tech, the third edition focuses on the issues around fintech.
A new challenge facing African economies, the fintechs have upset the monetary, economic, social dynamics and power relations between individuals and traditional financial institutions.
To address this topic we receive four high-level speakers, each from a different angle will share their insight on the subject, all in pitch format.
Because this is our specificity, introduce keynote speeches, 15-minute pitches, by speakers usually present on much longer round tables. All with the aim of synthesizing the issues, synthesizing the experiences, synthesizing the solutions. A difficult but extremely rewarding exercise for the debate.
The “after work” organized on July 18th is dedicated to the theme of “Fintechs, creative financing for the financing of Africa”.
