Who would have thought that the all-powerful United States army would command its drones from a Nigerian? Yet it is not the only thing that Dr. Osato Osemwengie has brought to the Americans.

Osato Osemwengie is from the state of Benin, Nigeria. He holds four university degrees. He is the founder of Open Robotics University, an American university that offers free engineering degrees in robotics. A true authority on the subject, he built drones for the US Army. These are essential for the security of the country. In 2008, he participated in the world robotics championships, as a coach for the participating teams. He was also a facilitator for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. But the Nigerian’s expertise also served his country. Before leaving for the United States in 1982, he was the administrator of the College of Education in Benin City and was considered one of the best educators in the world. country.

At a time when science has become a vector for development, Nigeria, indeed the African continent, will certainly need profiles such as that of Dr Osato Osemwengie.

CEO AfrikaTech

Rejoignez-nous ! LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/boubacardiallo
