The July-August edition of Investir au Cameroun magazine presents its selection of 20 Cameroonian start-ups that deserve to be followed closely.
The file thus lifts the veil on “these small revolutionaries who, despite the difficulties of access to finance with which they are confronted, all dream of a Steve Jobs fate”, according to the introductory remarks of its author Brice Mbodiam .
Among the 20 nuggets, we find Sukuloo, the platform which guarantees parents academic follow-up of students, Maviance which bets on instant payment of bills, GiftedMom which puts ICT at the service of maternal and child health, Will & Brothers which democratizes the use of civil drones, Djangui which allows its members to manage tontines online or Amla Metrics, an application which wants to combat smuggling.
Also featured are Arthur Zang (photo) and his already famous Cardiopad, the video game company Kiro’o Games or X-Net, the first mobile phone designed by Cameroonians …
