This is the assurance given by Phillipe Ayawo AWAGA, president of the Research Laboratory for Entrepreneurship (LRE), which invites young Africans to opt for green entrepreneurship. “A lot of funding is available for the development of green entrepreneurship. In Togo for example, there is the Green Climate Fund and a focal point of the Fund at the Directorate of the Environment, “he said.

He suggests that young people always go to information to better understand green entrepreneurship and its opportunities.

“The LRE also has a mission to promote any action that can encourage and encourage business start-ups, self-employment and youth employment, investments in companies; to facilitate access to information from all reliable sources according to the sectors of activity and to provide technical and financial administrative support to project promoters, “AWAGA says.

What is green entrepreneurship?

Green entrepreneurship is not limited to the green of vegetation. It is rather the set of activities having a positive impact on the environment and the social. It affects agriculture, transportation, agroforestry and tourism.

“Every time we think about how to make our ecological behavior, we find ideas,” says Phillipe very well known for its effectiveness in supporting start-ups.

The Executive Director of the NGO STADD *, Gado BEMAH adds for his part that “green entrepreneurship aims to optimize the return on economic, social and environmental capital and affects all areas of society”.

“A company that conducts activities with positive impacts on the environment is a green enterprise,” says BEMAH.

CEO AfrikaTech

Rejoignez-nous ! LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/boubacardiallo
