Based on the success of its first edition, which has trained 25 girls and an average integration rate of 83.3% in internship or employment two weeks after the end of their training, the SABOUTech incubator organizes with the support of the International Organization of the Francophonie the second edition of SABOU GUINEAN CODERS. The call for applications for the second edition is now open.

The SABOU GUINEAN CODERS is a training program in web and mobile development for young women in Guinea, which is a priority for young women looking for a job, who have a degree in computer science or other disciplines and wish to enhance their skills through training. complementary.

This program is part of the SABOUTech Incubator’s desire to promote and strengthen the economic and financial empowerment of Guinean women through information and communication technologies by providing them with skills to design, launch a website or mobile application.

The program is spread over a period of 03 months. The selected candidates will begin training on September 24, 2018 at the incubator.
No programming prerequisites are required to integrate the training. It focuses on what is only needed, and on good practices to achieve quality results and become an operational junior developer.
