The internet operator’s objective is to reinvent the customer experience of Lagos taxi users at a time when the mobile Internet is clearly increasing in the country. Smile Communication has already equipped 200 vehicles with this technology. Passengers in cars fitted out in this way will be able to stay connected for the duration of their taxi journey in the megalopolis of Lagos, which is very crowded at all hours of the day.
