Co-founder of the association Agir pour une jeunesse autonomue (APJA), former basketball player Willy Asseko is trying to transmit the spirit of initiative to young Gabonese.

Former international basketball player Willy Conrad Asseko started entrepreneurship when he was only 25 years old. A telecommunications engineer who graduated in 2009 from the University of Applied Sciences in Dortmund (Germany), he returned to find work in Libreville.

Unable to find any, at the end of 2010 he created Les Transports citadins (LTC), a logistics services and vehicle rental company for businesses, businessmen and tourists. A gamble still rare in Gabon, where the public service remains the main employer.
