Wagniko, a new Senegalese mobile application, allows users to buy or sell products directly from their smartphone with geolocation.
Online commerce is marked by the existence of numerous websites which allow Senegalese Internet users to sell, buy or order articles online.
As a result, for some, it is up to the user to find what they need to buy and then discuss with the seller in order to make the purchase. For other sites, the customer just needs to log in and place an order to receive the item at their home or office.
With the Wagniko app, the Cratostech team made it easy for mobile phone owners to make online purchases.
En effet, “grâce à son système de géolocalisation, l’application Wagniko détecte les vendeurs les plus proches et offre à l’utilisateur la possibilité de marchander le prix du produit.”, explique Saliou THIAM, un des développeurs.
L’application est disponible, actuellement, sur Google Play. Concernant les utilisateurs des appareils de la marque pomme, il faudra patienter quelques jours pour la retrouver sur Apple Store.
