According to Abderaouf Hamouche, the manager of the national micro-enterprise caravan launched in August 2015 by Algérie Telecom, in coordination with the National Youth Employment Support Agency (ANSEJ) and the national association of young credit beneficiaries , more than 1200 micro-enterprises will be created in the field of ICT at the beginning of 2016. Speaking on November 15, 2015 in Djelfa, during the launch of the last stage of this initiative which aims to “encourage young Algerians , holders of technical diplomas, to integrate the world of micro-enterprises in the ICT sector “, Abderaouf Hamouche explained that it is the number of young promoters who have so far expressed the wish to integrate the ICT sector.

With the long-term objective of creating 50 micro-enterprises in the field of ICT in each wilaya, the national caravan of micro-enterprises was set up to encourage entrepreneurship among young people and help incumbent telecommunications operator in his quest for qualified local companies with which to work in the realization of his telecom sites. Indeed, the absence of a service provider to work with slows down Algeria Telecom in carrying out its plans to extend the country’s fiber optic coverage.

For three months, the national micro-enterprise caravan informed young people about the advantages granted by the ANSEJ through the agreement signed in 2011 with Algérie Telecom: training courses provided by Algérie Telecom for a period ranging from 45 days to three months, in specialties related to ICT, in particular optical fiber, installation of radio telephone networks, drilling works, etc., as well as the awarding of contracts to young promoters and beneficiaries of loans. These contracts will provide income for their business, job creation, while allowing the incumbent operator to carry out the development of the ICT and telecom sector.

Rejoignez-nous ! LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/boubacardiallo
