I am Elvire GANDJI-NICOLAS. I’m the CEO of BoostMakers
After an EXECUTIVE MBA at Neoma Business School, I spent more than 20 in consulting firms (Capgemini, Sopra, Stéria Consulting) on industrial issues and the digitization of services.
What is your project and your mission?
For more than 3 years, I have run BoostMakers, a recommendation platform for service providers, advice and management software.
We reward trusted suppliers with a TRUST’In label.
More than 14,000 suppliers are on BoostMakers and more than 2,500 customers trust us every day.
At BoostMakers, we are convinced that only a relationship based on trust can build a lasting relationship with customers, employees and other stakeholders.

What is the problem solved by your company?
More than 80% of VSE / SME companies declare that it is difficult to find a good supplier.
BoostMakers uses an artificial intelligence system to collect and analyze supplier data to determine a trusted scoring system. An independent auditor validates the conclusions.
We highlight the strengths and strengths of suppliers in order to bring them closer to their future customers. So we shorten the decision-making time for project leaders and reassure them. We thus secure projects.
What is the company’s business model?
For managers, decision-makers, project leaders, our services are free.
For suppliers, putting their offers online is free. There are paid options.
How did you get the idea to start your business?
The idea came after several bad experiences with suppliers, who failed to honor their commitment and promise. And yet these providers had 5 stars on their services.
And after a study, we came to the conclusion that FTEs / SMEs find it difficult to find the right supplier for their projects and waste time in the process of finding suppliers. As for large groups, they apply the penalties to their suppliers and take precautions when selecting their suppliers.
We decided to create a trust label, The TRUST’In label which secures projects and integrates social impact
